Crew report

List of crew members for the selected vessels, or for your whole fleet over a period.

Filters

  • Vessel - one or more of your vessels. You can select several vessels at once.
  • Period - the start and end date of the reporting period.

What the report shows depends on the filters:

Vessel Period The report shows
Selected Set Crew of the selected vessels during the period
Selected Not set Crew currently on board the selected vessels
Not selected Set Crew of all your fleet vessels during the period
Not selected Not set Nothing
Note

To build a report, select at least one vessel or set a period.

Table

The table has a Vessel column that shows the vessel of each crew member. Like the other columns, you can sort the table by it or hide it in the column settings.

Export

You can export the report by template. In the built-in default template, the header lists every vessel in the report with its IMO number and manager, and the crew table has a Vessel column.

Crew members

Attribute Type Description
Name String Full name of the crew member (FirstName + MiddleName + LastName). (The MiddleName property is ignored if it is disabled in the system settings)
