Archived seafarers

This report displays archived ("soft" deleted) seafarer profiles. A profile gets here after the Archive action in the seafarer's profile. Archived profiles are not available in the system, but the records themselves are kept in the database and can be restored.

The list can be filtered by Seafarer name and deletion Period.

The report table contains the following columns:

• Seafarer - Seafarer's name;
• Nationality - Seafarer's nationality;
• Age - Seafarer's age;
• Rank - Seafarer's main rank;
• Deletion date - Date when the profile was archived;
• Deleted by - The user who archived the profile. If the profile was deleted at the seafarer's own request via the online application form, the record is marked accordingly;

The following actions are available for each record:

• Restore - Returns the profile back to the system;
• Delete - Permanently deletes the profile from the database;
