Company statistic
This page displays the overall statistics of the company's seafarer database and crewing activity.
The page contains the following blocks:
- By company - Total number of seafarer profiles, broken down by category: Applicants, Seafarer pool, Personnel pool (see Categories);
- By status - Number of seafarers by current status: Available, Planned, Joining, On board, Signed off, Unavailable (see Statuses);
- Applicants dynamics - Monthly chart of online applicants: total applicants, submitted forms, and forms that were not completed;
- Contracts dynamics - Monthly chart of the number of contracts;
- By Labels - Table of seafarers grouped by labels, with a breakdown by status;
- By Ship managers - Table of seafarers grouped by ship manager, with a breakdown by status;
- Nationalities - Distribution of seafarers by nationality;
- Age groups - Distribution of seafarers by age group;
- Crew on board - Current totals for officers and ratings;
- Retention rate for last year - Seafarer retention rate;
- Seafarers on board by year - Yearly chart of the number of seafarers on board;
Nationalities and age groups
The Nationalities and Age groups charts each have two filters. Use them to select the seafarers that the chart counts:
- Category - Select one category: All, Online applicants, Seafarer pool, or Personnel pool (see Categories). By default, the chart shows the Personnel pool.
- Status - Select one or more statuses: Planned, Joining, On board (see Statuses). If you select no status, the chart counts seafarers in all statuses.
The Status filter is available when the category is All or Personnel pool. When you select Online applicants or Seafarer pool, the Status filter is cleared, because seafarers in these categories have no planned or current voyage with your company.
The chart updates when you change a filter. The Excel export of the chart uses the same filters.
Crew on board
These three counters replace the former Seafarers on board dashboard widget:
- Total crew on board — officers plus ratings currently on board.
- Total officers on board — onboard crew whose rank belongs to the Officer category.
- Total ratings on board — onboard crew whose rank belongs to the Rating category.
Only your agency's voyages in On board status are counted. Deleted seafarer profiles are excluded. The split follows the rank's configured category; ranks outside Officer and Rating are not included in these totals.
