Templates

The system supports 4 types of template categories:

• Application - Sailor's questionnaire. When exporting a sailor's profile, the templates from this category are used;
• Crew-list - To print the Crew-list in the Planning module the templates of this category are used;
• Guarantee letter - To print the Letter of Guarantee in the Planning module the templates of this category are used;
• PEME - To print the Referral for medical examination in the Planning module the templates of this category are used;

Users

In this section, you can add new user accounts, as well as change passwords or block accounts. If the account is blocked, the user will not be able to log into the system.

Users roles

This section allows you to define custom roles. Each role can have its own level of access to system elements.

Users activities

This section displays all the actions performed by the user.

Offices

This section contains information such as: address, phone, fax, bank information of the company or its offices.
